Terms of Service

Last updated: October 22, 2026

We wrote these terms so that they can be understood. Where a rule only applies to businesses or only to consumers, it says so right there.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply when you sign up for HeyHoney and for as long as you use it. You accept them when you complete your order (section 5). If you do not agree with them, please do not sign up.

They apply to your use of the platform. They do not apply to the relationship between you and your buyers; your own terms apply there (section 10).

2. Who we are and what HeyHoney does

The provider is InnoFlow LLC (“we” or “us”). We provide a platform for selling and running digital offers: video courses, webinars, communities, funnels, emails, appointments and digital products.

3. Who can use HeyHoney

HeyHoney is open to businesses and to private individuals. A consumer is someone who uses HeyHoney mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. You must be at least 18 years old.

In your billing details, you state whether you are buying as a business or as a private individual. Taxes (section 6) and some of your rights depend on this, such as the right of withdrawal (section 9).

4. Your account

Your details must be correct. If something changes, update them in your account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.

If you invite team members, they work in your account with the permissions you give them, and you are responsible for what they do there.

5. How the contract is formed

You choose a plan, enter your billing details and a payment method, and complete the order with the button in checkout. This is a binding offer. The contract is formed when we confirm the order, at the latest when your account is activated. We send you the confirmation by email.

These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version governs. You can find these terms on this page at any time, and you can save or print them.

6. Subscriptions, billing and automatic renewal

There are two parts to what you pay, and both apply:

A subscription fee for the plan you chose, paid monthly, or, if you pay annually, for the year in advance. It applies whether or not you sell anything.

A share of each sale processed through the platform. It is withheld when the payment is made or billed monthly.

The current amounts are on our pricing page and in checkout before you complete your order.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription runs monthly if you pay monthly and annually if you pay annually, and it renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method in your account. You can cancel at any time (section 8). If you pay annually, we remind you by email of the amount and the date at least 15 days before each renewal.

Taxes. Businesses pay the prices plus VAT where it applies. If you buy with a valid VAT ID from an EU country, you get an invoice without VAT, and you as the recipient account for the tax (reverse charge). Private individuals pay the final price including the VAT of the country where they live. You see the price in checkout before you complete your order.

Price changes. We only change the price of an ongoing contract with your consent. If you do not agree, your contract continues at the previous price, and either side can cancel with regular notice (section 8).

7. Free trial

You can try HeyHoney for free at the start. How long is shown with the offer. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing. Before the first charge, we remind you by email. If you do not cancel, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends.

8. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period, without giving a reason, in the subscription section of your account. We confirm the cancellation by email right away, with the date and time. You keep using HeyHoney until the end of the period you paid for.

We can cancel with three months’ notice, effective at the end of a month. Both sides keep the right to terminate for good cause without notice. In the case of a serious violation of these terms, we may also suspend your account (section 12).

After the contract ends, you can still access your data for a reasonable period to take it with you. After that, we delete it, unless we are required to keep it.

9. Refunds and the right of withdrawal

A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for. You do not get a partial refund for the rest of that period. Apart from the statutory right of withdrawal below, we do not refund payments.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from the contract within fourteen days. What we refund, including what you pay if the service has already started at your request, is described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which also includes the model withdrawal form. An email to the address in our Legal Notice is enough. Businesses, including creators acting for their business, do not have a right of withdrawal.

Your statutory rights, for example regarding defects (section 15), are not affected.

10. Our role: your contract with your buyers

You have two separate contracts, and the difference matters. Between you and us, there is a contract for using the platform, which you pay for under section 6. Between you and your buyer, there is the contract for your offer, such as your course. We are not part of it.

The buyer pays into your own payment account. You are their contract partner, you owe them the service, you issue the invoice and you pay your taxes. This also means that complaints, withdrawals, warranty claims and chargebacks from your buyers concern you, not us. We show you chargebacks and tell you the deadline, but you have to respond to them yourself.

What you must show your buyers. Before you sell, you publish on your pages your name and contact details, your own terms of sale where the law requires them, and your refund and cancellation policy. HeyHoney has fields for your legal notice, your refund policy and your own terms in your settings under business details. You describe each offer accurately, including what the buyer gets and when they get access. For subscriptions, you state the amount, the billing interval and how to cancel.

Your refund policy. You decide your own refund policy. It must be clear, shown before purchase and at least as generous as the law of your buyer’s country requires. You must honor it, and refunds are paid from your balance. If you have not published a refund policy, you handle refund requests in good faith and in line with applicable consumer law.

11. Your content and the license you give us

Your courses, texts, images and videos belong to you. We only receive a non-exclusive right to store and process them and to deliver them to your buyers and members, which is exactly what the platform needs to work. This right ends with the contract.

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to what you upload and that your content does not break the law.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use HeyHoney to sell, promote or host:

  1. anything illegal, or content that infringes the rights of others;
  2. businesses or products that our payment provider does not support, including those on its list of prohibited and restricted businesses unless approved;
  3. “get rich quick” schemes, pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing that pays for recruiting, or investment opportunities that promise high or guaranteed returns;
  4. income or earnings claims that are false, not typical, or that you cannot back up with records, and any guarantee of income, profit or results;
  5. testimonials or reviews that are fake, paid without disclosure, or that show results that are not typical without saying so;
  6. personalized investment, trading or financial advice that requires a license you do not have, or trading signals;
  7. health claims that promise to cure or treat a disease, or offers that replace medical care;
  8. pornography or sexual services, including AI-generated content of this kind;
  9. hidden costs, trials that turn into subscriptions without clear notice, or pressure tactics such as fake countdowns and false scarcity;
  10. marketing emails or messages sent without the recipients’ consent.

You also may not try to get around the technical limits of the platform or access other customers’ data.

Earnings claims. If you mention income, revenue or results, you must have written evidence that the claim is true. You must show what results people generally achieve and say clearly that results vary and are not guaranteed. High-priced programs must describe exactly what is delivered and when.

Reporting and removal. You can report illegal content or a breach of these rules to info@heyhoney.io. We review every report. We may remove content, pause sales or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where possible and reasonable, we tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it.

Before you can sell, you must pass the identity checks of our payment provider. You may not sell to, or receive payments from, people or countries under sanctions.

13. Third-party services

HeyHoney relies on specialised service providers, for example for payments, video delivery, live video, email delivery and hosting. Our Privacy Policy lists them by category.

Payment processing. Payment processing services for creators on HeyHoney are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (together, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to sell through HeyHoney, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as Stripe may change it from time to time. As a condition of HeyHoney enabling payment processing through Stripe, you agree to provide HeyHoney accurate and complete information about you and your business. You authorize HeyHoney to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

If you connect an account on another platform, such as a social network, a CRM or newsletter tool, or a calendar, that platform’s own terms apply to what happens there. You decide what gets connected, and you can disconnect any connection again.

14. Our intellectual property

The HeyHoney platform, its software, design and brand belong to us. For the duration of the contract, you may use the platform for your business under these terms. Section 11 covers your content; nothing in this section gives us more rights to it.

15. Availability and defects

We aim for continuous operation, but we do not owe any particular availability unless agreed otherwise. We announce maintenance in advance when it can be planned. Outages at our suppliers, such as the payment provider or the video network, are outside our control.

If something does not work as described, let us know. The fastest way is the problem report in your account. We fix defects within a reasonable time. Your statutory rights regarding defects apply; as a consumer, you keep them in every case.

16. Limitation of liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory law provides for unlimited liability.

If we breach, through slight negligence, an obligation that is essential for carrying out the contract at all and on which you can regularly rely, our liability is limited to the damage that is typical for this kind of contract and foreseeable.

Beyond that, our liability is excluded.

17. Indemnification

If third parties make claims against us because of your content, you indemnify us, to the extent that you are responsible for the infringement.

18. Privacy and data processing

How we handle your own data is described in our Privacy Policy.

We process the data of your buyers, members and leads on your behalf. Our Data Processing Addendum applies to this, and it is part of this contract.

19. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example because of new laws or new features. We never change the price or the scope of your service this way; section 6 covers prices.

The current version is always on this page. The date at the top is the date from which it applies. If a change is material, we let you know in your account before it applies. If you keep using HeyHoney on or after that date, you accept the new version. If you do not agree, you can cancel as described in section 8.

If you are a consumer, the following also applies: a change that puts you at a material disadvantage only applies to you if you expressly agree to it. Without your agreement, the previous version keeps applying to you, and either side can cancel as described in section 8.

20. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

If you are a consumer, you still keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you habitually live; in the EU and the UK, this follows from Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation. You can also take legal action against us where you live.

If you are a business, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is the courts of the State of Florida, USA. Mandatory laws of the country where your business is established remain unaffected.

We do not take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If something is not right, write to us; almost everything can be sorted out directly.

21. General

If any provision is invalid, the rest of the agreement remains valid.
