Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period, without giving a reason, in the subscription section of your account. We confirm the cancellation by email right away, with the date and time. You keep using HeyHoney until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you paid for, and you do not get a partial refund for the rest of that period. Apart from the statutory right of withdrawal below, we do not refund payments. The details are in sections 8 and 9 of our Terms of Service.

This applies if you subscribe to HeyHoney as a consumer living in the European Union or the United Kingdom, where consumers have this right by law. Businesses, including creators acting for their business, do not have a right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (InnoFlow LLC, 3833 Powerline Road Suite 201, Fort Lauderdale FL 33309, USA, email: info@heyhoney.io) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, an email). The easiest way is to email us at the address above. You can also use our online withdrawal form (currently only in German) or the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

If you asked for the services to begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount that corresponds to the share of the services already provided up to the moment you tell us that you are withdrawing, compared with the full scope of the services under the contract. We only start before the withdrawal period ends if you expressly ask for this when you order. Your right of withdrawal ends once we have fully provided the service, if you expressly asked for the early start and confirmed that you know this.

While you are on the free trial, you have not paid anything, so withdrawing simply ends the contract.
